قُلْ نَزَّلَهُۥ رُوحُ ٱلْقُدُسِ مِن رَّبِّكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَهُدًۭى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ
Qul' nazzalahu rūḥu l-qudussi min rrabbika bil-ḥaqqi liyuthabbita -lladhīna 'āmanū wahudan wabush'rā lil'mus'limīna
Say, the Holy Spirit has brought the revelation from thy Lord in Truth, in order to strengthen those who believe, and as a Guide and Glad Tidings to Muslims.

Say that the Holy Spirit, Jibril, brought it down from your Lord with the truth, to strengthen the believers, guide them and bring good news to all who submit to Him.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who brought the Quran to the Prophet?"
Hear the opening minutes of An-Nahl in Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary's voice, from Ar-Rahmaan Quran Channel.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does the Quran do for believers?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does the Quran make believers firm?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nahl is surah 16. Find ayah 102. The 'Holy Spirit' here means the angel Jibril. He brought the Quran with the truth. It makes believers' hearts firm and gives guidance and good news.
Fact: Open the mushaf to Ash-Shu'ara 26:193, which calls Jibril the trustworthy Spirit.
Ages 5–8: Firm hearts. Talk about how an ayah makes you feel strong.
Ages 9–12: Jibril. Write what we know about Jibril from the Quran.
Finish with: "Ash-Shu'ara 26:193 calls Jibril ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will learn one ayah that strengthens me."
Action: Learn one ayah that strengthens you.
