إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا ٱلذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ
'Innā naḥ'nu nazzalnā dhdhik'ra wa'innā lahu laḥāfiẓūna
We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption).

4-I guide
Allah sent down the Quran, and He Himself will protect it.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How has the Quran stayed the same for over 1,400 years?"
Settle down and play the start of Abdul Basit Abdus-Samad's Al-Hijr (موقع الشيخ عبد الباسط عبد الصمد).
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who protects the Quran?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does Allah protect the Quran?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 9. Allah promised to protect the Quran. Millions of people have memorised it, and it is the same everywhere in the world. This is a living miracle.
Fact: How many people around the world have memorised the whole Quran? Find an estimate.
Ages 5–8: Protectors. Learn one short surah by heart and become a protector too.
Ages 9–12: Protected. Write how memorising helps protect the Quran.
Finish with: "I found about ___ people."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will memorise one short surah."
Action: Memorise one short surah.
