لَا يَمَسُّهُمْ فِيهَا نَصَبٌۭ وَمَا هُم مِّنْهَا بِمُخْرَجِينَ
Lā yamassuhum' fīhā naṣabun wamā hum mmin'hā bimukh'rajīna
There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave.

No tiredness will touch them there, and they will never be asked to leave.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What makes you feel tired?"
NgajiBareng04 posted a short recitation of ayat 45–60 of Al-Hijr. Listen to all of it together.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will never touch them?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What would it feel like never to be tired?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 48. In this world we get tired and holidays end. In Jannah there's no tiredness, and it lasts forever.
Fact: How many hours of sleep do children need? Find out.
Ages 5–8: Rest. Talk about how rest helps us.
Ages 9–12: Forever. Write why Jannah is worth working for.
Finish with: "I found ___ hours."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will go to bed on time so I'm fresh for Fajr."
Action: Go to bed on time so you're fresh for Fajr.
