رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ مُسْلِمِينَ
Rrubamā yawaddu -lladhīna kafarū law' kānū mus'limīna
Again and again will those who disbelieve, wish that they had bowed (to Allah's will) in Islam.

Those who reject the truth will often wish they had submitted to Allah.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Have you ever wished you had done something sooner?"
Play the short Al-Hijr clip of ayat 1–15 from Ngaji Harian.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will the deniers wish?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is it better to choose good now?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 2. One day the deniers will wish they had believed. That wish will come too late. Today we can choose to obey Allah while we still have time.
Fact: Find another ayah where people wish they had obeyed (Al-Ahzab 33:66).
Ages 5–8: Now, not later. Do one good thing straight away that you were putting off.
Ages 9–12: No regrets. Write why acting now is better than wishing later.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one good thing I've been putting off."
Action: Do one good thing you've been putting off.
