وَلَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجًۭا وَزَيَّنَّٰهَا لِلنَّٰظِرِينَ
Wa laqad' jaʻalnā fī ssamā'i burūjan wazayyannāhā li nnāẓirīna
It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders;

Allah placed great groups of stars in the sky and made it beautiful for those who look.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Have you ever spotted a shape in the stars?"
Shah Fahad Karim's channel has ayat 16–25 in one clip. Play it and listen for the stars in the sky.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who is the sky made beautiful for?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Allah make the sky so beautiful?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 16. A sign to ponder: travellers once used star patterns to find their way at night. Allah made the sky both useful and beautiful for those who take time to look.
Fact: How many stars can you see with your eyes on a clear night? Find an estimate.
Ages 5–8: Star gazing. Look at the night sky and find a pattern of stars.
Ages 9–12: Star guides. Write how people used stars to travel.
Finish with: "I found about ___ stars."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will look at the night sky and say subhanallah."
Action: Look at the night sky and say subhanallah.
