Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How can a bad habit sneak into a heart?"
Al-Quran Al-Karim has the whole of Al-Hijr by Nasser Al-Qatami. Play just the first stretch.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose hearts does it enter?"

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 12. When people keep choosing wrong, denial settles in their hearts. We protect our hearts by choosing good again and again.
Fact: Find the ayah about hearts becoming covered (Al-Mutaffifin 83:14).
Ages 5–8: Heart guard. Draw a heart with a fence of good deeds around it.
Ages 9–12: Protect your heart. Write three ways to keep your heart clean.
