وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَٰفِلًا عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍۢ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلْأَبْصَٰرُ
Wa lā taḥ'sabanna -llaha ghāfilan ʻammā yaʻ'malu ẓẓālimūna . 'innamā yu'akhkhiruhum' liyaw'min tash'khaṣu fīhi l-'ab'ṣāru
Think not that Allah doth not heed the deeds of those who do wrong. He but giveth them respite against a Day when the eyes will fixedly stare in horror,-

4-I guide
Never think Allah is unaware of what wrongdoers do; He only gives them more time until a Day when eyes will stare in shock.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "If someone does wrong and nothing happens right away, does that mean nobody saw?"
A short clip on Muslim Ummah recites ayah 42 of Ibrahim. Play the whole clip.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Why does Allah give wrongdoers time?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah not punish straight away?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ibrahim is surah 14. Find ayah 42. Sometimes wrongdoers seem to get away with it. This ayah tells us Allah sees everything; He gives time, maybe so people can repent. A serious Day is coming when all is made right. This brings comfort to people who are wronged.
Fact: Track down another ayah that says Allah gives people time (An-Nahl 16:61).
Ages 5–8: Fair in the end. Talk about why it feels good to know Allah is always fair.
Ages 9–12: Time to change. Write why Allah's delay is a mercy that gives people a chance to repent.
Finish with: "The ayah I found, An-Nahl 16:61, teaches ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will fix one wrong I did and say sorry."
Action: Fix one wrong you did and say sorry.
