Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Which fruit do you wish you could eat all year?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "When does the good tree give fruit?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What fruit does a good word grow in my life?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ibrahim is surah 14. Find ayah 25. The good tree never stops giving. A believer's good word and good deeds keep giving too: helping, teaching, smiling. Allah gives such parables so we think.

Fact: Some trees, like the date palm, can keep giving fruit for many decades. Find out how long a date palm can produce dates.

Ages 5–8: Fruit of kindness. Draw fruit, and inside each write a kind act.

Ages 9–12: Lasting good. Write about a good deed whose benefit keeps going, like teaching someone.

Finish with: "A date palm can give fruit for about ___ years."

Talk together:

• What fruit does a good believer give?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Which good deed keeps giving?
• What fruit will you give today?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will teach someone something useful."

• Keep giving good.
• Draw your fruit.
• Show your family your lasting good page.
