الٓمٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ۗ وَٱلَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Alif Lām Mīm Rā . til'ka 'āyātu l-kitābi . wa-lladhī 'unzila 'ilay'ka min rrabbika l-ḥaqqu walākinna 'ak'thara nnāssi lā yu''minūna
A.L.M.R. These are the signs (or verses) of the Book: that which hath been revealed unto thee from thy Lord is the Truth; but most men believe not.

4-I guide
Alif Lam Mim Ra: these are the ayat of the Book, and what your Lord sent down to you is the truth, though most people do not believe.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you know when something someone tells you is true?"
Play the short clip from Daily listen Quran of Mishary Alafasy reciting ayat 1–5 of Ar-Ra'd.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which four letters open this surah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do many people not believe the truth even when it is clear?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Ra'd is surah 13. Find ayah 1. Ar-Ra'd means 'the Thunder'. It opens with four letters whose full meaning Allah knows. Then it says plainly: this Book from your Lord is the truth. Many people still turn away, so believers hold on to it with care.
Fact: Count how many surahs begin with Alif Lam Mim Ra.
(Hint: only one!)
Ages 5–8: Letter spotting. Point to alif, lam, mim and ra at the start of the surah in the mushaf.
Ages 9–12: True or not? List three ways we check whether news is true, and why the Quran passes every test.
Finish with: "The surah that begins with Alif Lam Mim Ra is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will read one page of the Quran with its meaning."
