قَالُوا۟ تَٱللَّهِ تَفْتَؤُا۟ تَذْكُرُ يُوسُفَ حَتَّىٰ تَكُونَ حَرَضًا أَوْ تَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْهَٰلِكِينَ
Qālū ta-llahi taf'ta'u tadh'kuru yūssufa ḥattā takūna ḥaraḍan 'aw' takūna mina l-hālikīna
They said: "By Allah! (never) wilt thou cease to remember Joseph until thou reach the last extremity of illness, or until thou die!"

They said that he would never stop remembering Yusuf until his health failed or he died.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Do we ever stop loving people we miss?"
A short clip on Yusuf 80-87 recites ayat 80–87 of Yusuf. Play the whole clip.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did the sons say about Ya'qub?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why couldn't Ya'qub forget Yusuf?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Yusuf is surah 12. Find ayah 85. Years had passed, but Ya'qub still remembered Yusuf. A parent's love does not fade. The sons worried for his health.
Fact: Luqman 31:14 mentions the care parents give. Read it with a grown-up.
Ages 5–8: Missing someone. Talk about someone you miss and make du'a for them.
Ages 9–12: Lasting love. Write about the love of parents.
Finish with: "Luqman 31:14 says ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a for someone I miss."
Action: Make du'a for someone you miss.
