Opening the ayah…
Dhālika liyaʻ'lama 'annī lam' 'akhun'hu bil-ghay'bi wa'anna -llaha lā yah'dī kay'da l-khā'inīna
"This (say I), in order that He may know that I have never been false to him in his absence, and that Allah will never guide the snare of the false ones.

4-I guide
This was so the master would know Yusuf had not betrayed him behind his back, and because Allah does not let the plans of betrayers succeed.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does it mean to be loyal even when no one is watching?"
Begin Bandar Baleela's Yusuf on Bandar Baleela official and listen for a few minutes.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who did Yusuf not betray?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does loyalty in secret matter?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Yusuf is surah 12. Find ayah 52. Yusuf wanted his master to know he had stayed loyal even in secret. True loyalty doesn't change when no one is looking. Allah doesn't let betrayal succeed.
Fact: Al-Anfal 8:27 says do not betray trusts. Read it.
Ages 5–8: Loyal friend. Talk about what a loyal friend does.
Ages 9–12: Trust kept. Write why keeping trust in secret matters.
Finish with: "Al-Anfal 8:27 says ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will keep a secret someone trusts me with (if it is safe)."
Action: Keep a secret someone trusts you with (if it is safe).
