4-I guide
This ayah tells us that the whisperer tries to reach people's hearts, so we ask Allah to protect them.
Start with bismillah.
Put your hand on your chest and sit very still. Can you feel your heart? Ask: "Your heart keeps beating all day and all night without you telling it to. What else do we keep in our 'heart': feelings, wishes, worries?"
Watch the video about how the heart pumps blood all around the body.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Where does this ayah say the whispering goes?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do I keep my heart clean?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nas is surah 114. Find ayah 5. How is it connected to ayah 4 just before it?
Fact: How many times does a child's heart beat in one minute?
Ages 5–8: Heartbeat test. With a grown-up, find your pulse at your wrist or neck. Count the beats for 15 seconds while sitting still. Then do 20 jumps and count again. What changed?
Ages 9–12: Pulse experiment. Measure your pulse at rest, straight after one minute of exercise, and after two minutes of rest. Make a bar chart of the three numbers.
Finish with: "I found that my heart beats about ___ times a minute when I rest."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "Each evening this week, I will ___ to help my heart feel calm, at ___."
Action: Practise your plan every evening.

Clear a space before jumping, and stop if anyone feels dizzy.
