وَأُوحِىَ إِلَىٰ نُوحٍ أَنَّهُۥ لَن يُؤْمِنَ مِن قَوْمِكَ إِلَّا مَن قَدْ ءَامَنَ فَلَا تَبْتَئِسْ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْعَلُونَ
Wa 'ūḥiya 'ilā nūḥin 'annahu lan yu''mina min qaw'mika 'illā man qad' 'āmana falā tab'ta'is' bimā kānū yaf'ʻalūna
It was revealed to Noah: "None of thy people will believe except those who have believed already! So grieve no longer over their (evil) deeds.

4-I guide
Allah told Nuh that no more of his people would believe beyond those who already had, so he should not grieve over what they did.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you feel when you've tried your best and it still doesn't work?"
Listen together as Mishary Alafasy recites ayat 36–44 of Hud, a short clip shared by truthflash.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah tell Nuh not to do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Allah comfort Nuh?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Hud is surah 11. Find ayah 36. After many years, Allah told Nuh that no more would believe. Allah comforted him: do not be sad. Nuh had done his job well.
Fact: Count the believers who boarded the ark: the Quran says only a few (11:40).
Ages 5–8: Comfort words. Practise comforting someone who tried their best.
Ages 9–12: Done your best. Write how to feel when you've done your best and it still didn't work.
Finish with: "11:40 says only ___ believed with Nuh."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will tell someone 'you did your best'."
Action: Tell someone 'you did your best'.
