أَمْ يَقُولُونَ ٱفْتَرَىٰهُ ۖ قُلْ إِنِ ٱفْتَرَيْتُهُۥ فَعَلَىَّ إِجْرَامِى وَأَنَا۠ بَرِىٓءٌۭ مِّمَّا تُجْرِمُونَ
'Am' yaqūlūna (i)f'tarāhu . qul' 'ini (i)f'taray'tuhu faʻalayya 'ij'rāmī wa'anā barī'un mmimmā tuj'rimūna
Or do they say, "He has forged it"? Say: "If I had forged it, on me were my sin! and I am free of the sins of which ye are guilty!

If they say he made it up, tell them that if he had, the sin would be on him, and he is free of the wrongs they commit.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who is responsible for your choices?"
Full Quran has the whole of Hud by Abdul Rahman Al-Ossi. Play just the first stretch.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose sin is it if someone lies?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is each person responsible for their own actions?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Hud is surah 11. Find ayah 35. Each person carries their own deeds. If someone lies, it's their sin; we are responsible for our own choices. This teaches responsibility.
Fact: Al-An'am 6:164 says no one carries another's burden. Read it.
Ages 5–8: My choices. Talk about a choice that is yours to make.
Ages 9–12: Responsibility. Write why we can't blame others for our choices.
Finish with: "Al-An'am 6:164 says ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will own my mistakes instead of blaming others."
Action: Own your mistakes instead of blaming others.
