Juz 10 · Page 201وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا مَآ أَتَوْكَ لِتَحْمِلَهُمْ قُلْتَ لَآ أَجِدُ مَآ أَحْمِلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ تَوَلَّوا۟ وَّأَعْيُنُهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ ٱلدَّمْعِ حَزَنًا أَلَّا يَجِدُوا۟ مَا يُنفِقُونَ
How to read it
Wa lā ʻalā-lladhīna 'idhā mā 'ataw'ka litaḥ'milahum' qulta lā 'ajidu mā 'aḥ'milukum' ʻalay'hi tawallaw wwa'aʻ'yunuhum' tafīḍu mina ddam'ʻi ḥazanan 'allā yajidū mā yunfiqūna
Nor (is there blame) on those who came to thee to be provided with mounts, and when thou saidst, "I can find no mounts for you," they turned back, their eyes streaming with tears of grief that they had no resources wherewith to provide the expenses.
