4-I guide
This ayah says each person is created from a small amount of fluid that flows out.
Start with bismillah.
Let one drop of water fall from a spoon into a glass. Ask: "Can something important start from just one drop?"
Watch the Periwinkle video about why water is so important.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does Allah say we were created from?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can a person come from a drop?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tariq is surah 86. Find ayah 6. The key words ma'in dafiq mean a fluid that flows out. Allah begins each of us from something very small and simple. Parents can explain more when children are ready.
Fact: About how much of the human body is water?
Ages 5–8: Drop by drop. Count how many drops it takes to fill a teaspoon. Big things can come from many small drops!
Ages 9–12: Body water. Find out how much water a child's body holds, and why we need to drink every day.
Finish with: "I found that my body is about ___ water."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will drink enough water and say bismillah each time."
Action: Drink enough water and say bismillah each time.
