4-I guide
This ayah speaks of the time when the sky is stripped away like a cover pulled off.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why is the sky blue in the day and black at night?"
Watch the NASA Space Place video "Why Is the Sky Blue?".
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will happen to the sky?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What is behind the sky?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Takwir is surah 81. Find ayah 11. The key word kushitat means stripped off, like skin peeled away. The sky, which seems to cover us, will be removed on that Day.
Fact: Why does sunlight make the sky look blue?
Ages 5–8: Sky colours. Draw the sky at morning, noon and evening using the real colours.
Ages 9–12: Blue sky in a glass. With an adult, shine a torch through water with a few drops of milk. Look from the side.
Finish with: "I found that the sky is blue because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will look up at the sky and say subhanAllah every day."
Action: Look up at the sky and say subhanAllah every day.
