Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who takes the souls?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can remembering the end help us now?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Anfal is surah 8. Find ayah 50. This ayah, mentioned calmly here, describes the hard end of those who rejected faith. For believers, the angels come with peace and good news. We prepare now with good deeds.

Fact: In Fussilat 41:30, angels give believers good news at the end.

Ages 5–8: Good news. Talk about the good news the angels bring to believers.

Ages 9–12: Prepare. Write how to prepare for a good ending.

Finish with: "Angels tell believers: do not fear and do not ___."

Talk together:

• Who takes the souls?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• What do believers receive?
• How can you prepare?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one good deed for a good ending."

• Prepare with good deeds.
• Hope for good news.
• Be ready.
• Next time: the next ayah (8:51) says it was because of their own deeds. Explore it together!
