Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Can anyone out-plan Allah?"

Ummah Muslim posted a short recitation of ayah 30 of Al-Anfal. Listen to all of it together.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What three things did they plot?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Allah's plan beat theirs?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Anfal is surah 8. Find ayah 30. Before the Hijrah, the Makkan leaders met to plan against the Prophet. Allah protected him, and he left safely to Madinah. Allah's plan always wins.

Fact: How the Prophet left his house safely on the night of the Hijrah while it was surrounded.

Ages 5–8: Allah's plan. Say 'Allah knows best' when plans change.

Ages 9–12: Hijrah night. Write how Allah protected the Prophet.

Finish with: "Allah is the greatest of ___."

Talk together:

• What did they plot?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Whose plan won?
• How can you trust Allah's plans?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will say 'Allah knows best' when plans change."
