4-I guide
After the warning about brief enjoyment, woe on that Day to those who deny.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you feel a little while after eating lots of sweets?"
Watch the WonderGrove Kids video Your Body on Sugar.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who is warned again?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do sweet things not keep us happy for long?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mursalat is surah 77. Find ayah 47. This is the ninth time the line about the deniers appears. It follows ayah 46 about enjoying just a little while. Too much sugar feels nice for a moment, then leaves us tired. Living only for fun is like that too.
Fact: How many sugar cubes are in a can of fizzy drink?
Ages 5–8: Sugar stack. With an adult, read a drink label. Stack sugar cubes to show how much sugar is inside.
Ages 9–12: Label detective. Compare the sugar in five foods at home. Which has the most?
Finish with: "I found that a can of fizzy drink has about ___ sugar cubes."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will choose water instead of a sugary drink."
Action: Choose water instead of a sugary drink.
