Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qiyamah is surah 75. Find ayah 33. The key word yatamatta means walking proudly, swaggering. A pufferfish blows itself up to look big, but inside it's still a small fish. Pride makes people look big while making them smaller.
Fact: How does a pufferfish puff itself up?
Ages 5–8: Balloon puff. Blow up a balloon. Is it heavier, or just bigger?
Ages 9–12: Humble heroes. Find a famous person who was very humble. What did they do?
Finish with: "I found that a pufferfish puffs up by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will let someone else go first."
Action: Let someone else go first.
