قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّىَ ٱلْفَوَٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَٱلْإِثْمَ وَٱلْبَغْىَ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِۦ سُلْطَٰنًۭا وَأَن تَقُولُوا۟ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
How to read it
Qul' 'innamā ḥarrama rabbiya l-fawāḥisha mā ẓahara min'hā wamā baṭana wal-'ith'ma wal-bagh'ya bighay'ri l-ḥaqqi wa'an tush'rikū bi-llahi mā lam' yunazzil' bihī sulṭānan wa'an taqūlū ʻalā-llahi mā lā taʻ'lamūna
Say: the things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds, whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah, for which He hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no knowledge.
