فَبَدَّلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ قَوْلًا غَيْرَ ٱلَّذِى قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِجْزًۭا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَظْلِمُونَ

How to read it

Fabaddala -lladhīna ẓalamū min'hum' qaw'lan ghay'ra -lladhī qīla lahum' fa'ar'salnā ʻalay'him' rij'zan mmina ssamā'i bimā kānū yaẓ'limūna

But the transgressors among them changed the word from that which had been given them so we sent on them a plague from heaven. For that they repeatedly transgressed.
