4-I guide
Iblis asked Allah to give him time until the Day people are raised.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why would someone ask for more time?"
Play the short Al-A'raf clip of ayat 11–25 from The Quran DVD.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Until when did Iblis ask for time?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Iblis want more time?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-A'raf is surah 7. Find ayah 14. Instead of asking forgiveness, Iblis asked for time to cause harm. This shows how pride kept him from tawbah.
Fact: In Al-Hijr 15:36, the same request is told.
Ages 5–8: Use time well. Talk about using time for good.
Ages 9–12: Two choices. Write what Iblis could have asked for instead.
Finish with: "Iblis asked for time until the Day of ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my free time for something good."
Action: Use your free time for something good.
