They said, 'We believe in the Lord of the worlds.'
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does it feel to say 'I believe'?"
Quran Surah has the whole of Al-A'raf by Raad Al-Kurdi. Play just the first stretch.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "In whom did they believe?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is this declaration so powerful?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-A'raf is surah 7. Find ayah 121. The sorcerers declared faith in Allah, the Lord of all the worlds, in front of Pharaoh and everyone. A brave declaration.
Fact: Where 'Rabb al-'alamin' appears in Al-Fatihah? The second ayah.
Ages 5–8: Say it. Say 'I believe in Allah, Lord of the worlds.'
Ages 9–12: Declaration. Write why declaring faith takes courage.
