فَـَٔامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَٱلنُّورِ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلْنَا ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌۭ
Fa'āminū bi-llahi warassūlihī wa nnūri -lladhī 'anzalnā . wa-llahu bimā taʻ'malūna khabīrun
Believe, therefore, in Allah and His Messenger, and in the Light which we have sent down. And Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do.

So believe in Allah, His Messenger and the light He sent down; Allah is aware of all you do.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What happens to a plant kept in a dark cupboard?"
Watch the Infobells video Plants Need Sunlight To Grow.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the light Allah sent down?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does the Quran help my heart grow?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Taghabun is surah 64. Find ayah 8. The key words wan-nuril-ladhi anzalna mean and the light We sent down: the Quran. Plants grow towards sunlight and wilt without it. Our hearts grow with the light of the Quran.
Fact: What do plants make using sunlight?
Ages 5–8: Light test. Put one plant in the sun and one in a dark cupboard for a week. Compare.
Ages 9–12: Heart light. List three ways the Quran helps you grow as a person.
Finish with: "I found that plants use sunlight to make ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will read or listen to a little Quran every day."
Action: Read or listen to a little Quran every day.
