يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوٓا۟ أَنصَارَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّۦنَ مَنْ أَنصَارِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ ٱلْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِ ۖ فَـَٔامَنَت طَّآئِفَةٌۭ مِّنۢ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَكَفَرَت طَّآئِفَةٌۭ ۖ فَأَيَّدْنَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ عَلَىٰ عَدُوِّهِمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ ظَٰهِرِينَ
How to read it
Yā'ayyuhā -lladhīna 'āmanū kūnū 'anṣāra -llahi kamā qāla ʻīssā(i)b'nu mar'yama lil'ḥawāriyyīna man' 'anṣārī 'ilā-llahi . qāla l-ḥawāriyyūna naḥ'nu 'anṣāru -llahi . fa'āmanat ṭṭā'ifatun mmin[m] banī 'is'rā'īla wakafarat ṭṭā'ifatun . fa'ayyad'nā -lladhīna 'āmanū ʻalā ʻaduwihim' fa'aṣ'baḥū ẓāhirīna
O ye who believe! Be ye helpers of Allah: As said Jesus the son of Mary to the Disciples, "Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?" Said the disciples, "We are Allah's helpers!" then a portion of the Children of Israel believed, and a portion disbelieved: But We gave power to those who believed, against their enemies, and they became the ones that prevailed.
