ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍۢ وَأَهْلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ
Dhālika 'an llam' yakun rrabbuka muh'lika l-qurā biẓul'min wa'ah'luhā ghāfilūna
(The messengers were sent) thus, for thy Lord would not destroy for their wrong-doing men's habitations whilst their occupants were unwarned.

Messengers were sent because your Lord would never destroy towns for their wrongdoing while their people were still unwarned.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Is it fair to punish someone who was never told the rule?"
Here is the reciter on A.A.H. (Abu Al Humaira) of ayat 131–137. Take turns pausing it and saying one thing you noticed.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "When would Allah not destroy a town?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does this show about Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-An'am is surah 6. Find ayah 131. Allah is just: He always warns before holding people to account. This is why He sent so many messengers.
Fact: Al-Isra' 17:15 says Allah does not punish until He sends a messenger.
Ages 5–8: Rules first. Talk about learning rules before a game.
Ages 9–12: Justice. Write how warnings show Allah's fairness.
Finish with: "Allah warns ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will explain rules kindly before expecting others to follow them."
