۞ لَهُمْ دَارُ ٱلسَّلَٰمِ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ ۖ وَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُم بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
lahum' dāru ssalāmi ʻinda rabbihim' . wahuwa waliyyuhum bimā kānū yaʻ'malūna
For them will be a home of peace in the presence of their Lord: He will be their friend, because they practised (righteousness).

For those who follow the straight path is the Home of Peace near their Lord, who is their protecting Friend because of their good deeds.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What would a home of complete peace be like?"
Let the reciter's voice of ayat 121–130 from AliBaba Khan fill the room for a few minutes. Close your eyes while you listen.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is Jannah called here?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is Allah their friend?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-An'am is surah 6. Find ayah 127. Dar as-Salam, the Home of Peace, is a name for Jannah. As-Salam is also one of Allah's names. Good deeds bring Allah's friendship.
Fact: In Yunus 10:25, Allah invites to the Home of Peace.
Ages 5–8: Peace picture. Draw what a home of peace looks like.
Ages 9–12: As-Salam. Write the meaning of As-Salam and Dar as-Salam.
Finish with: "Jannah is called the Home of ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will bring peace when my family argues."
Action: Bring peace when your family argues.
