وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفْـِٔدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَٰرَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِهِۦٓ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍۢ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِى طُغْيَٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
How to read it
Wa nuqallibu 'af''idatahum' wa'ab'ṣārahum' kamā lam' yu''minū bihī 'awwala marratin wanadharuhum' fī ṭugh'yānihim' yaʻ'mahūna
We (too) shall turn to (confusion) their hearts and their eyes, even as they refused to believe in this in the first instance: We shall leave them in their trespasses, to wander in distraction.
