They will live in gardens full of joy.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does a tiny seed need to become a flower?"
Watch the Preschool Genius video How Plants Grow.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Where will the people brought near live?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What will the gardens of Jannah be like?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Waqi'ah is surah 56. Find ayah 12. The key words jannat an-na'im mean gardens of delight. Gardens on Earth have flowers, trees and birds that make us happy. Jannah is far more beautiful than any garden we have ever seen, and the joy there never ends.
Fact: About how many kinds of flowering plants are there on Earth?
Ages 5–8: Plant a seed. Plant a flower seed in a cup and water it each day.
Ages 9–12: Dream garden. Draw the most beautiful garden you can imagine, then write: "Jannah is even better."
Finish with: "I found that there are about ___ kinds of flowering plants."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will look after one plant and thank Allah for it."
Action: Look after one plant and thank Allah for it.
