4-I guide
Nobody can hold it back.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Could anyone stop the sea from coming in at high tide?"
Watch The Kidz Orbit video Why Do We Have Tides?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who can stop the Day from coming?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What things in nature can people never stop?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tur is surah 52. Find ayah 8. The key word dafi' means someone who pushes a thing away, and nothing can push this Day away. People cannot stop the tide, the turning Earth or the seasons. In the same way, no one can hold back what Allah has decided. Our job is to be ready, not worried.
Fact: What pulls on the oceans to make the tides?
Ages 5–8: Sand wall. Build a sand or mud wall in a tray and pour water. Does the wall hold?
Ages 9–12: Tide table. Look up the tide times for a beach and find the high and low tides for one day.
Finish with: "I found that the tides are pulled by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will get ready for each salah a few minutes early."
Action: Get ready for each salah a few minutes early.
