Ask: "What happens to trust when promises are broken?"

Play the short clip from Talha Ilyas of Muhammad Al-Luhaidan reciting ayat 51–56 of Al-Ma'idah.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did they swear?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did their deeds become worthless?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Ma'idah is surah 5. Find ayah 53. Strong words without true loyalty become empty. Deeds count only when done sincerely.

Fact: Al-Mujadilah 58:16 is about using oaths as a cover.

Ages 5–8: True friend. Talk about what makes a true friend.

Ages 9–12: Loyalty. Write how to be a loyal friend.

Finish with: "Deeds count only when ___."

Talk together:

• What did they swear?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why were deeds lost?
• How can you be loyal?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will stand by a friend who needs me."

• Be loyal.
• Mean your oaths.
• Be sincere.
