إِن تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ ۖ وَإِن تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ فَإِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
'In tuʻadhdhib'hum' fa'innahum' ʻibāduka . wa'in tagh'fir' lahum' fa'innaka 'anta l-ʻazīzu l-ḥakīmu
"If Thou dost punish them, they are Thy servant: If Thou dost forgive them, Thou art the Exalted in power, the Wise."

'Isa will say: if You punish them, they are Your servants, and if You forgive them, You are the Mighty, the Wise.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you speak to Allah about people you care about?"
Play the short clip from Hoor Academy of Al-Husary reciting ayat 114–120 of Al-Ma'idah.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which two names end the ayah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did 'Isa leave the matter to Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Ma'idah is surah 5. Find ayah 118. The Prophet Muhammad once stood all night in prayer repeating this ayah, weeping for his ummah. It shows deep care and complete trust in Allah.

Ages 5–8: Du'a for others. Make du'a for your family and friends.
Ages 9–12: Mercy for others. Write a du'a asking forgiveness for people you love.

Action: Make du'a for your ummah every night.
