Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah send into the believers' hearts?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can faith grow bigger?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Fath is surah 48. Find ayah 4. The key word as-sakinah means calm and peace of heart. At Hudaybiyyah many believers felt upset, but Allah sent calm into their hearts. Their faith grew stronger because they trusted Him. Calm is a gift from Allah.

Fact: What happens in your body when you take slow, deep breaths?

Ages 5–8: Calm breath. Breathe in for four counts and out for four, five times.

Ages 9–12: Calm kit. Make a list of five things that bring you calm, including dhikr.

Finish with: "I found that slow breathing makes my body ___."

Talk together:

• Why did the believers need calm at Hudaybiyyah?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• How does calm help faith grow?
• What makes you feel peaceful inside?
• What would you like to ask about this ayah?

Make a small plan: "This week, when I feel upset, I will breathe slowly and remember Allah."
