Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose hands did Allah hold back?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Allah stop both sides from fighting?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Fath is surah 48. Find ayah 24. The key word kaffa means held back. Near Makkah, both groups could have fought, but Allah held back the hands of both sides, and peace was agreed instead. Allah sees everything we do, including the moments we choose peace.
