ذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ أَعْدَآءِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلنَّارُ ۖ لَهُمْ فِيهَا دَارُ ٱلْخُلْدِ ۖ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا يَجْحَدُونَ
Dhālika jazā'u 'aʻ'dā'i -llahi nnāru . lahum' fīhā dāru l-khuldi . jazā'an[m] bimā kānū bi'āyātinā yaj'ḥadūna
Such is the requital of the enemies of Allah,- the Fire: therein will be for them the Eternal Home: a (fit) requital, for that they were wont to reject Our Signs.

That is what Allah's enemies earn: the Fire, their lasting home, as payment for denying Our signs.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why does Allah let bad things happen sometimes?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Why do these people receive this result?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do our choices lead to results?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Fussilat is surah 41. Find ayah 28. The key word jaza' means recompense or payment. This ayah explains that the Fire is the result of a choice: rejecting Allah's signs again and again. Allah gives every person signs, time and chances. Our choices have results, and Allah's judgement is always fair.
Fact: Which ayah of Surah Az-Zalzalah says even an atom's weight of good will be seen?
Ages 5–8: Choice and result. Act out three small choices and their results, like sharing and smiles.
Ages 9–12: Signs I see. Write five signs of Allah you notice in one day.
Finish with: "I found that the ayah is Az-Zalzalah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will notice a sign of Allah each day and thank Him."
