وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَنَٰفِعُ وَلِتَبْلُغُوا۟ عَلَيْهَا حَاجَةًۭ فِى صُدُورِكُمْ وَعَلَيْهَا وَعَلَى ٱلْفُلْكِ تُحْمَلُونَ
Wa lakum' fīhā manāfiʻu walitab'lughū ʻalay'hā ḥājatan fī ṣudūrikum' waʻalay'hā waʻalāl-ful'ki tuḥ'malūna
And there are (other) advantages in them for you (besides); that ye may through them attain to any need (there may be) in your hearts; and on them and on ships ye are carried.

Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do we get from farm animals besides food?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What carries people besides animals?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How many things in my home come from animals?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ghafir is surah 40. Find ayah 80. The key word manafi' means benefits. Animals give us much more than food and rides: wool for clothes, leather for shoes, milk, and help on farms. Together with ships on the sea, they help people travel far and reach what they need. All of this is from Allah.
Fact: Which surah of the Quran is named after livestock?
Ages 5–8: Animal gifts hunt. Find things at home that come from animals, like wool or leather.
Ages 9–12: Travel then and now. Compare how people travelled with animals long ago and how they travel today.
Finish with: "I found that the surah is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for the milk, wool or leather I use."
Action: Thank Allah for the milk, wool or leather you use.
