وَكَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ
Wa kadhālika ḥaqqat' kalimatu rabbika ʻalā-lladhīna kafarū 'annahum' 'aṣ'ḥābu nnāri
Thus was the Decree of thy Lord proved true against the Unbelievers; that truly they are Companions of the Fire!

In this way your Lord's word came true about those who disbelieved: they are people of the Fire.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Does Allah ever break a promise?"
Watch the Noor Kids video Why Allah never breaks His promise.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What came true?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I be sure Allah's promises come true?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ghafir is surah 40. Find ayah 6. The key word haqqat means it came true. Allah's word always comes true, both His promises of reward and His warnings. History shows this again and again. For believers this is good news: every promise of mercy and Jannah is certain too.
Fact: Which ayah in Surah Ar-Rum says Allah does not break His promise?
Ages 5–8: Promise keeper. Make a small promise to your family today and keep it.
Ages 9–12: Promises of Allah. Find three promises Allah makes to believers in the Quran.
Finish with: "I found that the ayah is Ar-Rum ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will keep every promise I make."
Action: Keep every promise you make.
