Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do the proud leaders say?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I be a good leader?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ghafir is surah 40. Find ayah 48. The key word hakama means He has judged. The proud leaders cannot help their followers at all. They admit that Allah's judgement is final. Good leaders lead people towards Allah, and good followers choose such leaders.

Fact: Which ayah in Surah Al-Ma'idah tells us to help each other in good and not in wrong?

Ages 5–8: Team helper. Play a team game where everyone helps each other reach the goal.

Ages 9–12: Good leader plan. Write how you would lead a group project fairly and kindly.

Finish with: "I found that the ayah is Al-Ma'idah ___."
