ٱلْيَوْمَ تُجْزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ ۚ لَا ظُلْمَ ٱلْيَوْمَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ
Al-yaw'ma tuj'zā kullu naf'sin bimā kassabat' . lā ẓul'ma l-yaw'ma . 'inna -llaha sarīʻu l-ḥissābi
That Day will every soul be requited for what it earned; no injustice will there be that Day, for Allah is Swift in taking account.

On that Day every soul will be paid back for what it earned, with no unfairness at all, for Allah is quick in taking account.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How long would it take to count every good deed of every person?"
Watch the Utica Masjid video 99 Names of Allah: Al-Haseeb.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Will anyone be treated unfairly?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can Allah count everything so fast?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ghafir is surah 40. Find ayah 17. The key word sari' al-hisab means swift in taking account. Every person will receive exactly what they earned, good or bad, with no unfairness at all. For us, counting millions of deeds would take forever; for Allah it is quick and easy, because He knows everything.
Fact: Which name of Allah means the One who takes account?
Ages 5–8: Fast counting. Time how long it takes to count beans in a jar, then remember Allah counts everything at once.
Ages 9–12: Fair pay. Write about why fairness matters when people are rewarded for work.
Finish with: "I found that the name is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will count my blessings each night before sleeping."
Action: Count your blessings each night before sleeping.
