مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوا۟ يُحَرِّفُونَ ٱلْكَلِمَ عَن مَّوَاضِعِهِۦ وَيَقُولُونَ سَمِعْنَا وَعَصَيْنَا وَٱسْمَعْ غَيْرَ مُسْمَعٍۢ وَرَٰعِنَا لَيًّۢا بِأَلْسِنَتِهِمْ وَطَعْنًۭا فِى ٱلدِّينِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا۟ سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَٱسْمَعْ وَٱنظُرْنَا لَكَانَ خَيْرًۭا لَّهُمْ وَأَقْوَمَ وَلَٰكِن لَّعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا
How to read it
Mmina -lladhīna hādū yuḥarrifūna l-kalima ʻan mmawāḍiʻihī wayaqūlūna samiʻ'nā waʻaṣay'nā wa-s'maʻ' ghay'ra mus'maʻin warāʻinā layyan[m] bi'alsinatihim' waṭaʻ'nan fī ddīni . walaw' 'annahum' qālū samiʻ'nā wa'aṭaʻ'nā wa-s'maʻ' wa-nẓur'nā lakāna khay'ran llahum' wa'aq'wama walākin llaʻanahumu -llahu bikuf'rihim' falā yu''minūna 'illā qalīlan
Of the Jews there are those who displace words from their (right) places, and say: "We hear and we disobey"; and "Hear what is not Heard"; and "Ra'ina"; with a twist of their tongues and a slander to Faith. If only they had said: "What hear and we obey"; and "Do hear"; and "Do look at us"; it would have been better for them, and more proper; but Allah hath cursed them for their Unbelief; and but few of them will believe.
