يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ قَدْ جَآءَكُم بُرْهَٰنٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَأَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكُمْ نُورًۭا مُّبِينًۭا
Yā'ayyuhā nnāssu qad' jā'akum bur'hānun mmin rrabbikum' wa'anzalnā 'ilay'kum' nūran mmubīnan
O mankind! verily there hath come to you a convincing proof from your Lord: For We have sent unto you a light (that is) manifest.

O people, clear proof has come to you from your Lord, and Allah has sent down to you a clear light.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does a light do in the dark?"
Our listening today is a recitation of ayat 171–175, posted by A.A.H. (Abu Al Humaira). Keep 'A Clear Light' in mind while you listen.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What has been sent down?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is the Qur'an called a light?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nisa' is surah 4. Find ayah 174. The Qur'an is called 'nur mubin', a clear light. It lights up the path through life.
Fact: Nur mubin means a clear light.
Ages 5–8: Light up. Turn on a torch in a dark room.
Ages 9–12: Qur'an as light. Write how the Qur'an lights your path.
Finish with: "The Qur'an is a clear ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will read one ayah each night with its meaning."
Action: Read one ayah each night with its meaning.
