۞ لَّا يُحِبُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْجَهْرَ بِٱلسُّوٓءِ مِنَ ٱلْقَوْلِ إِلَّا مَن ظُلِمَ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ سَمِيعًا عَلِيمًا
llā yuḥibbu -llahu l-jah'ra bi ssū'i mina l-qaw'li 'illā man ẓulima . wakāna -llahu samīʻan ʻalīman
Allah loveth not that evil should be noised abroad in public speech, except where injustice hath been done; for Allah is He who heareth and knoweth all things.

Allah does not like people speaking publicly about others' wrongs, except someone who has been wronged, and Allah hears and knows all.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Is it okay to tell everyone about someone's mistake?"
Today's clip is Mishary Alafasy reciting ayat 141–150 on Holy Qur'an-القرآن الكريم. Close your eyes and think about 'Don't Broadcast Bad'.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who may speak out?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah dislike spreading bad things?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nisa' is surah 4. Find ayah 148. Gossip and spreading faults hurt people. But someone treated unjustly may speak up to get justice.
Fact: Al-Hujurat 49:12 forbids backbiting.
Ages 5–8: Kind talk. Talk about only saying good about others.
Ages 9–12: Speaking up. Write when it's right to speak about a wrong.
Finish with: "Backbiting is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will not repeat anyone's faults."
Action: Not repeat anyone's faults.
