مَّن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ثَوَابَ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ ثَوَابُ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ سَمِيعًۢا بَصِيرًۭا
Mman kāna yurīdu thawāba ddun'yā faʻinda -llahi thawābu ddun'yā wal-'ākhirati . wakāna -llahu samīʻan[m] baṣīran
If any one desires a reward in this life, in Allah's (gift) is the reward (both) of this life and of the hereafter: for Allah is He that heareth and seeth (all things).

Whoever wants the reward of this world should know that Allah holds the rewards of this world and the next together, and He hears and sees all.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why settle for one reward when you can have two?"
Our listening today is a recitation of ayat 131–140, posted by Al Furqaan By Dr. Naeem. Keep 'Both Worlds' in mind while you listen.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What reward does Allah have?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why aim for both?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nisa' is surah 4. Find ayah 134. Allah gives good in this world and the next. Aiming only for this world is settling for less.
Fact: The du'a: Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanah wa fil-akhirati hasanah.
Ages 5–8: Both du'a. Learn the Rabbana atina du'a.
Ages 9–12: Two worlds. Write how to aim for both.
Finish with: "Good in this world and the ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say Rabbana atina after each prayer."
Action: Say Rabbana atina after each prayer.
