۞ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَبَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلصِّدْقِ إِذْ جَآءَهُۥٓ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِى جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًۭى لِّلْكَٰفِرِينَ
faman' 'aẓ'lamu mimman kadhaba ʻalā-llahi wakadhdhaba bi ṣṣid'qi 'idh' jā'ahu . 'alay'sa fī jahannama math'wan llil'kāfirīna
Who, then, doth more wrong than one who utters a lie concerning Allah, and rejects the Truth when it comes to him; is there not in Hell an abode for blasphemers?

Who could be more unjust than someone who tells lies about Allah and rejects the truth when it reaches him; is there not a home in Hell for the deniers?
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why is honesty so important?"
Watch the DeenTales video Islamic Stories: Honesty.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two wrongs are mentioned?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is lying about Allah so serious?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Az-Zumar is surah 39. Find ayah 32. The key word kadhaba means he lied. Lying is always wrong, but lying about Allah, saying He said things He never said, is one of the worst wrongs. Rejecting the truth when it reaches us is also serious. We should speak about Allah only with knowledge.
Fact: Which ayah in Surah Al-Isra says do not follow what you have no knowledge of?
Ages 5–8: Truth or tale. Play a game sorting true statements from made-up ones.
Ages 9–12: Check the source. Write how to check whether something said about Islam is true.
Finish with: "I found that the ayah is Al-Isra ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say I don't know when I am unsure about something in Islam."
Action: Say you don't know when you are unsure about something in Islam.
