مُتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا يَدْعُونَ فِيهَا بِفَٰكِهَةٍۢ كَثِيرَةٍۢ وَشَرَابٍۢ
Muttaki'īna fīhā yad'ʻūna fīhā bifākihatin kathīratin washarābin
Therein will they recline (at ease): Therein can they call (at pleasure) for fruit in abundance, and (delicious) drink;

There they lean back at ease, asking for abundant fruit and drink.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is your favourite fruit?"
Watch the Salam Muslim Kids video Fruits of Jannah Bus Ride. (It has music.)
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will the people of Jannah ask for?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Will fruits in Jannah taste like fruits here?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Sad is surah 38. Find ayah 51. The key word muttaki'in means reclining, resting comfortably. In Jannah there is no tiredness, no rushing and no running out. People will relax and simply ask for any fruit they like. The fruits we enjoy here are a small taste that reminds us of Allah's generosity.
Fact: Which two fruits are named in Surah Ar-Rahman?
Ages 5–8: Fruit platter. Help prepare a fruit plate for the family and thank Allah together.
Ages 9–12: Fruit science. Choose one fruit and find out how its seeds spread.
Finish with: "I found that the fruits are ___ and ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will share fruit with someone and thank Allah for it."
Action: Share fruit with someone and thank Allah for it.
