Sub'ḥāna rabbika rabbi l-ʻizzati ʻammā yaṣifūna

Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of all honour and power, far above what they claim.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does the surah end after all its stories?"
Watch the Muslims Education video a beautiful recitation of the last ayat of Surah As-Saffat.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is Allah called in this ayah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does Lord of might mean?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 180. The key word al-'izzah means might, honour and power. After all the false claims and all the stories, the surah closes by glorifying Allah, the Lord of all honour. These closing ayat gather the whole surah into a few words of glory, peace and praise.
Fact: How many ayat does Surah As-Saffat have in total?
Ages 5–8: Closing words. Practise closing family time by glorifying Allah together.
Ages 9–12: Honour from Allah. Write why real honour comes only from Allah.
Finish with: "I found that it has ___ ayat."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will end family time by glorifying Allah together."
Action: End family time by glorifying Allah together.
