Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do people make fun of good things?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ya-Sin is surah 36. Find ayah 30. The key word yastahzi'un means they mock. This ayah sounds sad, not angry: what a loss that people laugh at those sent to help them. Mocking closes the heart. Respect keeps it open to learning.

Ages 5–8: Kind words jar. Each time someone says a kind word today, drop a button in a jar.
