Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Why might someone ignore good advice just because a normal person gave it?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What excuse did the people give?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Allah send human messengers?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ya-Sin is surah 36. Find ayah 15. The key word basharun means human beings. The people thought a messenger should be special in looks or power. But Allah chose humans so that people could see the message lived out in daily life: eating, working, being kind. A message is judged by its truth, not by how grand the messenger looks.

Fact: What job did the Prophet Muhammad do as a young man before he became a prophet?

Ages 5–8: Judge the message. Listen to the same kind sentence from a teddy and from a grown-up and decide if it is still true.

Ages 9–12: Truth test. Write three questions to check whether advice is true, no matter who gives it.

Finish with: "I found that he worked as a ___."
